A WET & WINDY HUNT TEST WEEKEND

Saturday was wet...torrential rains at times - drizzle at others. Everyone got soaked, but the dogs had a good time. Many qualifiers and a few new titles. One comes to mind - Buck Hollow's Bit O' Honey completed her Senior Hunter in heavy rain...my dog so of course I remember that one.
You gotta love those judges who were in the nasty weather all day. A big thank you to MaryAnn Breininger, Michael Blanchard, Flo Duggan and Roy Schaeffer. And to the gunners and bird planters for their perserverance in the rain.
We also thank the guy with the backhoe for rescueing so many vehicles from the slippery mud.
Sunday dawned beautifully, but the temperature and winds kept the windchill below 10 degrees. The same people had to spend the day in the serious chill, but at least they were dry.
Again, some new titles---forgot to get all the names, but enjoy the photos (all from Sunday.) Learned that camera lenses fog just like your glasses when you come in from the cold.
The photo upload is not working this evening so I will try again tomorrow.
Please check back Monday evening. If it still is not working or you are unable to download your photo please email me at sunnie.gsp@verizon.net .
